We had a special visitor to 2nd grade today. We had read the story Officer Buckle and Gloria and learned that there are special dogs that help police officers. We have also been discussing heroes in the community. Today we met Reese the dog and a NLR police officer. Reese showed off his jumping skills and how much he loves tennis balls. We also learned that Reese helps the community by finding drugs and also assisting on search parties! We were very impressed with Reese the police dog!
