Spunkin the Class Pumpkin

 We have been doing some exciting activities this week in Sharp Sheriff Country!  We carved our very own pumpkin!  Each Sheriff got to look at the pumpkin "guts" and feel the inside of the pumpkin.  Then we learned some very interesting facts that we turned into informational paragraphs. Last but not least we carved a face into our pumpkin!  We decided to name him Spunkin Pumpkin!  The Sheriffs wrote stories about how Spunkin escaped his pumpkin patch.  Enjoy our funny faces below!!!

Sharp Sheriff of the Week

Meet Sheriff Dylan.  His favorite color is black because it is a werewolf and black bear color.  He loves studying reading and practices everyday.  His favorite activity is playing chess with his friend next door.  He loves to eat spaghetti and if he could go anywhere in the world he would go to the jungle because it has snakes, monkeys, and all kinds of stuff!  Way to go Sheriff Dylan!

Sharp Sheriff Last Week

Say, "Howdy!" to Sheriff Steven.  Steven's favorite color is blue and he loves eating spaghetti!  He is really good in Math and studies really hard!  His favorite thing to do is play video games.  If he could go anywhere in the world, Sheriff Steven wants to go to Magic Springs because he has been there before.  Way to go Sheriff Steven!

Sheriffs earn CRAZY SOCK DAY!!!

With our Boosterthon fundraiser we can earn incentives as a class for the pledges that we collect.  My sheriffs were all about this and we earned our first today.  We got to wear CRAZY SOCKS all day long.  The kids were super cute!

 

Sharp Sheriff of the Week

Meet Sharp Sheriff Clarke!!  Sheriff Clarke's favorite color is pink and she loves to eat crab legs!  Her favorite subject in school is Science and she loves to play games with her friends.  If Sheriff Clarke could go anywhere in the world she would go to Disney World because she loves the Disney Channel.  Sheriff Clarke is very responsible and is doing wonderful with all of her responsibilities.  Way to go Sheriff Clarke!

We had a guest reader in Sheriff County!!

Oliver's mom came and read to our class today!  It was so wonderful!  She read the book Pinkalicious!  WE LOVED IT!!!!

Meet Sam our Sharp Sheriff of the week!  Sheriff Sam's favorite color is blue and he loves to eat pancakes made by his dad.  He is great with numbers and loves the subject math.  He is so talented when he plays his computer games!  If he could go anywhere in the world, he would go to Disney World because he has never been.  Way to go Sheriff Sam!
